This notice explains how Luminarion Labs handles information connected with the SwiftShop marketing website, enquiries, and managed store service.
Updated 15 October 2026 · Luminarion Labs, Jamaica
Who to contact
Luminarion Labs, based in Jamaica, is responsible for the personal information it uses to operate SwiftShop, answer enquiries, and administer its customer relationships. Email support@luminarionlabs.com with a privacy question, request, or complaint.
Website visits
This marketing site serves static pages and does not include analytics or advertising trackers, an account login, or a form submission backend. Its hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser details, and security signals. Logging and retention depend on the hosting features and settings in use.
Enquiries and service information
When you choose an email link, your email application opens. This website does not send the message for you. If you send an enquiry, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, business details, store requirements, and correspondence. During onboarding and support we may receive agreed business content, store-access information, and issue details needed to provide the service.
We use this information to respond to you, prepare and perform the agreed service, administer invoices and payments, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Please share only information relevant to the enquiry or service and use an agreed secure channel for credentials or customer records.
Payments through Stripe
SwiftShop service payments take place on Stripe-hosted checkout and invoice pages. This marketing website does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy notice. We receive the customer, invoice, subscription, and payment-status information needed to administer the service and keep business records.
Service providers and sharing
We use providers for website hosting and security, business email, payment processing, and the technical services agreed for your store. We share information relevant to those functions and may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect rights, or resolve a dispute. We do not sell personal information or use this site to collect information for advertising profiles.
Cloudflare, Stripe, and other service providers may process information outside Jamaica. Where applicable, international processing arrangements must comply with the safeguards required by Jamaican law. Contact us if you need more information about the providers or processing arrangements relevant to your service.
Cookies and links
The site code does not set analytics or marketing cookies. Hosting security features may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms where enabled. External sites, including Stripe checkout and the Luminarion Labs website, have their own privacy and cookie practices. A link does not cause this website to submit an enquiry or payment.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and service information while it is needed to respond, provide the agreed service, manage our business relationship, or meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose; information should be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Contact us for details relevant to a particular record or request.
We use reasonable access controls and technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and service. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been exposed or misused, contact support promptly.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about the personal information we process, request access or correction, object to processing where applicable, and ask about other rights available under Jamaica’s Data Protection Act. Email us with enough information to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing information or acting on a request. We handle requests within the periods required by applicable law and explain any applicable limitation.
You can raise a privacy complaint with us and with Jamaica’s Office of the Information Commissioner. You do not need to send passwords or full payment-card details with a request.
Your own store’s customers
This notice covers SwiftShop’s website and service relationship with merchants. Each merchant is responsible for the privacy information and lawful handling of customer information for its own store. Any access we need to that information, our processing instructions, and the related safeguards must be addressed in the merchant’s service arrangements.
Updates
We update this notice when the site or service’s information practices change. The date above identifies the current version. We will communicate material changes affecting an existing service relationship where appropriate.
