Who provides the service
SwiftShop is a managed online store service provided by Luminarion Labs in Jamaica. Contact support@luminarionlabs.com for service, billing, cancellation, and complaints. These terms apply together with the written scope agreed for your store. Any change to price or scope must be agreed before the additional work begins.
Agree your store scope before paying
We agree your catalogue size, product import work, customisation, onboarding, support arrangements, launch schedule, hosting, backup retention, restoration, and handover requirements in writing. A plan name alone does not promise unlimited products, custom development, support hours, or a particular launch date. Please discuss your requirements with us before enrolling.
Setup and monthly billing
- Starter: US$160 one-time setup and US$35 per month. Setup and the first month are charged together, for an initial US$195 before applicable taxes.
- Pro: US$320 one-time setup and US$60 per month. Setup and the first month are charged together, for an initial US$380 before applicable taxes.
The setup charge is made once. Monthly service renews through Stripe until cancelled. The checkout and invoice show the currency, tax where applicable, and payment details. Your invoice or subscription records the billing dates. External gateway charges, transaction fees, domain registrations, and third-party licences are separate unless your written scope expressly includes them.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate business information, product descriptions and prices, images you have permission to use, stock and delivery rules, and the approvals needed to configure and launch your store. You remain responsible for your products, customer orders, fulfilment, taxes, customer-facing policies, and lawful use of the store. Keep your access credentials secure and use the agreed secure channel for sensitive onboarding information.
Customer sales and third-party services
Your store’s customer payments use your business’s own payment arrangements or gateway account. SwiftShop service subscriptions are separate from those sales. Card-gateway eligibility, approvals, settlement times, and provider fees are controlled by the relevant provider. We confirm compatibility before adding an optional gateway. Third-party platforms and services also have their own terms.
Support, maintenance, and interruptions
Hosting, security updates, backups, and technical maintenance are included within your agreed scope. Contact support by email and include your store name and a description of the issue. Response times, backup schedules, recovery arrangements, and any availability commitments are those agreed in writing. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular sales result. We will tell you about planned maintenance that materially affects your store when reasonably practicable.
Cancellation and refunds
You can request cancellation of future monthly renewals by emailing support@luminarionlabs.com before your next billing date. We will confirm the cancellation date, remaining service period, and handover steps in writing. Cancellation does not by itself reverse charges already made or work already delivered.
For a refund request, include your store name, invoice or payment reference, and the reason for your request. We assess the request against the services received, work completed, your written scope, and applicable law, and explain the outcome. Any refund or other remedy required by law remains available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Content, store access, and handover
You retain your rights to the business content you supply. Store administration, domain registration, export formats, handover work, and third-party licence arrangements are recorded in your written scope. Contact us before cancellation to arrange any required export or transfer. We explain any separately chargeable handover work before carrying it out.
Service misuse or unpaid invoices
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to respond to unlawful use, a security risk, or unpaid service charges. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and the steps needed to restore service before restricting access. Urgent security or legal action may require an immediate restriction. This does not remove any rights or obligations that apply by law.
Privacy and resolving concerns
Our privacy policy explains how we handle enquiries, service administration, and billing information. Contact us first about a complaint so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We will explain material changes affecting your ongoing service before they take effect. Changes to an agreed price or scope require the notice and agreement applicable to your service. The version and arrangements applying to your order should be kept with your service records.
